Will someone please put Michael Moore out of our misery?

According to Political Wire, Michael Moore has decided he's going to make a movie about the financial crisis. Before we're even out of it.

It goes without saying that he'll largely miss the point, just like David Corn did. The thing that sucks is that this shouldn't be based on the very real greed or supposedly toxic financial instruments. Instead, he should be focusing on wage growth and wealth concentration/stratification.

Anyone wanna bet $100 that doesn't make it into the movie? Betcha another $100 that at least 30 minutes are spent on greedy subprime lenders without even looking at the bad credit or undocumentable income of the borrowers who applied for and wanted those subprime loans. Why? Because it's easier to explain, even if it is wrong.

And Michael's never been one to let facts get in the way of his narrative.
