Please tell me you are not still banking at CompASS. They are the worst. I'm wondering if this is an internal problem. I would change banks - the credit unions seem to be more proactive and responsive to this type of problem. Although, I had a my Chase account hit bit time and they put all the money back the same day.

Yep. This is it. Especially because the assholes are, once again, telling me it'll be 30 days to get my money back.
