Bobo's Ever-Shrinking "Coalition of the Willing"

Whatever was the deal with the "Coalition of the Willing" anyway? Is their actually any other kind? Wouldn't a hypothetical "Coalition of the Unwilling" be a "Shotgun Wedding"?

Anyway, the "Coalition" is getting smaller, as Iceland is withdrawing its Army of One.

Foreign Minister Ingibjörg Sólrún Gísladóttir has decided to remove an Icelandic Crisis Response Unit (ICRU) member from a NATO training program for the Iraqi army in Baghdad next month, causing disappointment among NATO leaders.

The ICRU member has been working in Baghdad for the last two years, primarily as a media representative, and will cease working there October 1, Morgunbladid reports.

This is a very troubling development, as the number of Iraqis rated as "proficient" in writing press releases and operating the fax machine has actually declined to 6, down from eleven just a year ago.
