Gizmodo declares war on the RIAA
March is officially boycott the RIAA month! The RIAA is the one mandating all the crap DRM on digital music that keeps you from playing music on more than one or two devices. I, for one, have my phone, a CD burner, a jukebox and other assorted media that I'd love to be able to use for DRM'd downloads. Only problem is, I can't. That's what happens when the RIAA is more concerned about profits than consumers.
Methinks it's time for consumers to bite back. So, before you buy ANY CD's this month, check the make sure the company isn't a member of the RIAA. Until they drop their draconian ways, it's the only way to make them feel our pain.
