Duh! Macias already has his sugar daddy

AUSTIN — The only Hispanic Republican lawmaker in the 181-member Texas Legislature has so far declined to join the House Mexican American Legislative Caucus….
Macias represents Bandera, Comal, Gillespie and Kendall counties. He defeated incumbent Carter Casteel in the Republican primary last year, using $757,951 given to him by San Antonio businessman James Leininger. Leininger’s support represented 96 percent of Macias’ campaign contributions.
Isn't there a Leininger Caucus at this point? Maybe a subset of the House Republican Caucus?
