Appraisal review recommendations funny...
I know, I know... this came out last week. That was, in fact, when I wrote this. Still, I don't think nearly enough attention was paid to it so I'm rekindling the fires.

Almost the best idea ever! People find it unbelievable that there is a whisper market in Real Estate. However, it is there and it's pervasive. This is the best thing The Lege can do to increase fairness in the system, not to mention giving a lenders a better idea on the value of all properties which will accelerate the process of mortgage lending, allowing more people to buy homes.Require Sales Price Disclosure
