Leo Berman is a douche
The fucking session hasn't even started yet and already Leo Berman (R- Stupid) has filed an anti-dumping bill that makes a special provision for smokers.
I.Kid.You.Not.
(3) the litter or other solid waste to which the offense applies is a lighted match, a lighted cigarette or cigar, or other lighted smoking material discarded from a motor vehicle.
Yeah, because the police and State Troopers have NOTHING better to do than deal with smokers. You suck, Berman. And your hair really complements that dipshit grin you've got going. You look like you should be pumping gas at that Exxon in Lakeway.
Good work, Rep. Berman. It's a real bookend to your immigrant bashing work.
