That's a bigass flip-flop for Uncle Henry, who is classically repeating the same mistakes he made advising Nixon regarding Vietnam. Go on; Google his name and "salted peanuts".
Kissinger should have gone on trial in The Hague for his war crimes 35 years ago. Now someone just needs to please put him out of the nation's misery.
He's killed enough.
