Bush signed the bill Congress passed. To gut the Constitution
That's right, on Tuesday President Bush signed the instrument of the destruction of the American Republic. Dramatic? Aw, shit... I tend to get that way when my elected officials decide to abdicate their responsibilities and turn the Presidency into nothing more than a dictatorship.
