Is Tony Perkins gay?
Tony Perkins is all about some gay marriage. Specifically, banning it or something and he's pissed off that lots of people just aren't as worried about this as he.
"There are a number of pastors that said, 'Look, we don't get involved in politics, I'm not going to get involved in this issue, I just want to preach the gospel,'" said Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council. "When they realize their ability to preach the gospel may very well be at stake, they may reconsider their involvement."
A couple of things to note... he's not able to stir up passions the way he once could SO, he's taken to even bigger, bolder lies to get his way? He's telling people that gay marriage will lead to the end of churches and nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, that 'non-existent' separation of church and state thing kinda keeps the government from telling churches they have to marry two men. The Constitution and SC rulings are cool like that.
I think I'm beginning to understand Tony. I think he was probably stunned by a gay experience while in high school when he was rejected by the man of his dreams. So, now he takes revenge on the rest of us by being just as nasty a dick as possible.
Oh, yeah... I think he's gay. I think he's as gay as Karl Rove. Those two, not to mention that doddering old bastard, are more obsessed with gay marriage than the biggest queens I know. I wish someone would just take one for the team and let us all off the hook. I just don't want that someone to be me.
The one other thing about this... MA has been marrying folks or what, a year? Has it fallen into the Atlantic? No. Has some massive disaster struck? Nope. So, can we realize that maybe listening to religious zealots who obviously have something to hide isn't the best way to decide how to vote?
