Don't bring a rifle to a hammer fight
Note to self: Don't drink this guy's last beer.
Marion County authorities said a man is charged with fatally beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and a claw hammer because there was no toilet tissue in the home.Crow told investigators that the men were fighting over the weekend about the toilet paper when Matthews pulled out a rifle. According to an affidavit, Crow said he then began beating Matthews with the sledgehammer and claw hammer.
