WOW! Never would have guessed that the rich don't give much to charity!
The DMN ran Scott Burns column Christmas Day. This one caught my attention because Scott actually took data from the IRS and discovered that as a percentage of income, the poor are the biggest givers!
Just to recap, part of the rationale behind the tax cuts pushed through by President Bush was that charitable giving would go up. It didn't. Just one of the many pieces of bullshit that spewed from el Presidente's fetid brain.
